BOOKING STEPS WITHIN EACH THERAPY AREA
Each area offers a structured path to support you effectively:

Step One: Free 20-minute phone or video consultation (optional)
This is a no-pressure opportunity to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. Clients are welcome but not required to attend this consultation before booking their initial therapy session.

Step Two: Initial Psychotherapy Assessment
A full session to explore your story, challenges, and goals, and to plan your therapy.

Step Three: Attachment Interview (if appropriate)
If indicated during the initial session, we’ll schedule a focused attachment assessment to deepen understanding and guide treatment.

Step 4: Routine Therapy Sessions
Regular sessions offered in 30, 60, or 90-minute formats tailored to your needs.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
A one-on-one psychotherapy session focused on your goals, challenges, and mental health needs. This space is designed to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a safe, supportive, and confidential environment. Evidence-based approaches are used to support healing, growth, and personal insight.
COUPLES THERAPY
A psychotherapy session for couples to explore relationship dynamics, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection. This service supports partners in navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and enhancing intimacy.
FAMILY THERAPY
A psychotherapy session supporting families in improving connection, communication, and problem-solving. This therapy focuses on relational patterns and family dynamics, helping family members work through conflict and foster greater understanding in a safe, respectful space.
EMDR THERAPY
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured, evidence-based approach used to process trauma, distressing memories, and stuck emotional responses. The session includes preparation, resourcing, and processing phases tailored to your readiness.
